This is my caecilian worm, or as they are better known, The Rubber Eel.

    Caecilians are legless amphibians, Class Amphibia, Order Gymnophiona. They dont have limbs. They just look like worms.

    Somehow, I should have guessed this pun existed somewhere. XD
    This is the first time I’ve seen a video of a caecilian, as opposed to a still-pic; he’s surprisingly active for an amphibian.

    Yeah, they’re native to South America, India, Indonesia and Africa; here in Brazil we have many species of these strange salamnders, including in Amazon; in amazon also is located the only species of Brazilian salamander, the Nauta Salamnader, or “Bolitglossa paraensis”;ok?; I’ve gone;

    they are amphibians but in a different order to salamanders. learnt about them today never actually knew they existed before, i think they’re cool
