Mealworms?

I haven’t fed mealworms as a main diet for my Leopard Gecko in a few years. He’s 5 years old Leopard Gecko, gender I don’t know(I guessed male) and he is pretty healthly. Since I haven’t used mealworms for awhile, I forgot how much I should feed him. How many for an Adult Leopard Gecko? The mealworms I have, they’re not that big. Medium size.

Meal Worm Farm

This is my meal worm farm set up. I am raising meal worms to feed my birds and possibly to sell on ebay. That is where I got my first 1000 worms and paid 22.00 for them! I figure, since it’s easy to breed them, why buy them??

How many large mealworms should my monitor eat per day?

Hi there fellow YA’s! My Savannah Monitor is sitting at a foot and a half in length, and I’m feeding him 1 adult mouse a week (though I’m wondering if it should be more?) plus mealworms, because he doesn’t like crickets anymore. So I’m wondering how many mealworms I should be allowing him to eat per day, and maybe if someone could tell me if one adult mouse per week is enough or if it should be two, I’d appreciate it. ^^ Thanks!

How can mealworms end up in a closed blender in a cabinet?

I believe myself to be one of the cleanest people I know. I went to use my blender, which was put away in my cabinet cleaned, when I opened the top a mealworm fell. When I looked inside, there were more in the crevice of the blade and the blender inside, needless to say I freaked. If I wash it and dry it before I close it and put it away, how can there be mealworms inside? Did someone play a joke, or should I be changing the way I store my stuff?

Today I bought a 100 count container of live mealworms. I feed them to my Jack Dempsey occasionally as a treat.It will take him forever to eat a 100 of them. What is the best way to prolong thier lives and what (if anything) do I feed them?

It say’s to keep them between the temperature of 42 and 50 degree’s on the side of the container.Why do you have to keep them so cold?

How many mealworms can my rats eat per day?

I have 2 rat girls and they LLOOOOOVVVEEE mealworms. This seems like a much better treat than the sugary ones, but how many can they have each day?
I tried googleing it, but didn’t find much. I bought the meal worms in the petstore down the reptile isle. They aren’t alive, but not dries either.
