How many mealworms would be in 1 cup of mealworms?

I need to order some meal worms for a recipe. The recipe calls for 1 cup of meal worms. All the places I can find to order mealworms sell them by their exact COUNT, not by volume. (For example, you can buy 1,000 mealworms, or 5,000 mealworms, etc.) Does anyone know how many mealworms are in a cup? I need to know how many to order.
