I hope this isn’t an option your considering for the fishbowl. Most of these are at least a foot long.
As to caecilian care, well that depends on aquatic or terrestrial.
These aren’t commonly kept, so researching needs and care guides will take a bit of effort.
A good way to start a search would be to pair the word caecilian with the following words (one at a time)
aquatic
terrestrial
care
care guide

those key search terms should get you everything you need to know.

what sort of caecilian we talking about terrestrial(well fossorial), aquatic or even one of the rare semi aquatic species and a species (preferably a scientific name) would be helpful as well or at least location data (south american, africa, south aisan)
p.s. you can’t keep an caecilian in a fish bowl as i said in your other question just dump the idea of keeping anything in the bowl

You are the biggest fucking asswhole in the world!
I Read your other question about what pet can I keep in a bowl, like WTF you animal abusing whore! That’s very inhumane!
And another question about what pet needs handling, why in the fucking world would you handle your turtles????
You obviously know nothing about the pets you keep and you should give them away, I hate people who abuse their animals!
