@9912699125 I keep many species of tortoise. When handling a tortoise, or putting it into water, it will poo or pee, or both at once. It doesnt happen at the same time. You’ll get brown stuff (poo), stuff like water (their pee) and a white sticky stuff (urates), the urates usually come out with the pee. Hope that helps. : )

A tortoise will pee. I don’t know what ExpertAnimal told you, because he’s hidden his comments, interestingly enough. But a tortoise pee’s water, especially if you frighten him. They also have another “bit” where a white goop comes from. This is urates, and generally comes out with their pee, albeit from seperate areas. Tortoises of course, will also poop, and an adult Sulcata for instance, does a poop similar to a dog turd. Its a pretty big poop, my friend.

they live in half-deserts but usually near a water hole or something.

greeks are NOT “desert” tortoises… they live in fairly arid regions, but certainly not deserts…
