What type of boas are ghosts and charcoals?

I just saw an ad for "ghost boas" and "charcoal boas". Are those red tail morphs, or an altogether different species?

    Those are color morphs, I’m not sure what species. They are rarer variants on the normal color, ergo more expensive.
